L. 100–702, title X, § 1002(b)(3)], Nov. 19, 1988, [102 Stat. 4664], substituted “Registration of judgments of the district courts and the Court of International Trade” for “Registration in other districts” in item 1963 and repealed item 1963A “Registration of judgments of the Court of International Trade”.
