L. 97–115, § 11(a)], Dec. 29, 1981, [95 Stat. 1601]. Such title is shown herein, however, as having been added by [Pub. L. 106–501, title IV, § 401], Nov. 13, 2000, [114 Stat. 2257], without reference to such intervening amendments because of the extensive revision of the title’s provisions by [Pub. L. 106–501].
