Effective Date of Repeal
Repeal effective Jan. 1, 1991, see [section 204 of Pub. L. 101–194], set out as an Effective Date of 1989 Amendment note under [section 101 of Pub. L. 95–521] in the Appendix to Title 5, Government Organization and Employees.
Provisions of title III of [Pub. L. 95–521], as in effect prior to Nov. 30, 1989, effective until Jan. 1, 1991, as if [Pub. L. 101–194] had not been enacted, and nothing in title II of [Pub. L. 101–194] to be construed to prevent prosecution of civil actions against individuals for violations of title III of [Pub. L. 95–521] before Jan. 1, 1991, see section 3(10)(C), (D) of [Pub.
