§ 48112. Adjustment to AIP program funding

On the effective date of a general appropriations Act providing appropriations for a fiscal year beginning after September 30, 2000, for the Federal Aviation Administration, the amount made available for a fiscal year under section 48103 shall be increased by the amount, if any, by which— (1) the amount authorized to be appropriated under section 48101 for such fiscal year; exceeds (2) the amounts appropriated for programs funded under such section for such fiscal year. Any contract authority made available by this section shall be subject to an obligation limitation.
