L. 100–297, title I, § 1001], Apr. 28, 1988, [102 Stat. 140], and as further amended), which was classified to this chapter (§ 2701 et seq.), was amended generally by [Pub. L. 103–382, title I, § 101], Oct. 20, 1994, [108 Stat. 3519], and transferred to chapter 70 (§ 6301 et seq.) of this title, and further substantially amended by [Pub. L. 107–110], Jan. 8, 2002, [115 Stat. 1425].
