§ 2031. Authorities; delegation of functions; rules and regulations

Latest version.

The head of any agency performing functions authorized by this chapter may— (1) authorize the head of any other agency to perform any of such functions; and (2) prescribe such rules and regulations as may be necessary to perform such functions.
