Section, [act Aug. 10, 1956, ch. 1041], [70A Stat. 545], authorized Secretary of Air Force to discharge a regular commissioned officer who has less than three years of continuous service as a commissioned officer therein, provided that such officer not be dismissed because of his marriage, unless marriage occurred within one year after date of his original appointment.
