Section 794, acts Sept. 23, 1950, ch. 1024, title I, § 15, 64 Stat. 1002; Jan. 2, 1968, Pub. L. 90–237, § 13, 81 Stat. 771, provided for penalties for violation of former sections 784 and 789 of this title.
