Act July 2, 1948, ch. 811, § 1, 62 Stat. 1225, as amended by Pub. L. 93–155, title VIII, § 809, Nov. 16, 1973, 87 Stat. 617, provided: “That this Act [enacting this chapter] may be cited as the ‘Defense Industrial Reserve Act’.”
