§ 5065. Protection against improper use

  • Whoever falsely— (1) advertises or represents; or (2) publishes or displays any sign, symbol, or advertisement, reasonably calculated to convey the impression, that an entity is affiliated with, funded by, or operating under the authority of the Corporation, VISTA, or any of the programs of the National Senior Service Corps may be enjoined under an action filed by the Attorney General, on a complaint by the Director.
