§ 3020f. Authorization of appropriations

(a) In general For purposes of carrying out this chapter, there are authorized to be appropriated for administration, salaries, and expenses of the Administration such sums as may be necessary for fiscal years 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011.
(b) Eldercare Locator Service There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out section 3012(a)(24) of this title (relating to the National Eldercare Locator Service) such sums as may be necessary for fiscal years 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011.
(c) Pension counseling and information programs There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out section 3020e–1 of this title, such sums as may be necessary for fiscal years 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011.

Section 3012(a)(24) of this title, referred to in subsec. (b), does not relate to the National Eldercare Locator Service. Provisions relating to that Service are found elsewhere in section 3012.
