§ 17707. Reports

Latest version.

The Secretary of Defense shall report to the Congress and the President— (1) in January of each year, the actions taken under this chapter during the preceding 12 months; and (2) not later than 90 days after completion of each transfer under this chapter, a full account of that transfer.
