§ 718i. Use of contest fees

  • Notwithstanding any other provision of law, funds received by the United States Fish and Wildlife Service in the form of fees for entering any Migratory Bird Hunting and Conservation Stamp contest shall be credited— (1) first, to the appropriation account from which expenditures for the administration of the contest are made; and (2) second, to the extent any funds remain, to the Migratory Bird Conservation Fund.
