§ 2009. Termination of program

The provisions of this chapter shall terminate on December 31, 2018.

Codification

Pub. L. 110–234 and Pub. L. 110–246 made identical amendments to this section. The amendments by Pub. L. 110–234 were repealed by section 4(a) of Pub. L. 110–246.

2008—Pub. L. 110–246, § 2804(e), substituted “2018” for “2008”.

1985—Pub. L. 99–198 substituted “2008” for “1985”.
