§ 2112a. Continued operation of University

Latest version.

(a)Closure Prohibited.—The University may not be closed. (b)Personnel Strength.—During the five-year period beginning on October 1, 1996, the personnel staffing levels for the University may not be reduced below the personnel staffing levels for the University as of October 1, 1993.
